Cancellation Policy
Code of Care: This is a trauma-informed, culturally grounded practice. Disrespectful, abusive, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. Communication: Please allow 24–48 hours for response to inquiries. Email is the preferred method of contact unless otherwise arranged. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only in extenuating circumstances. Cancellations: To reschedule or cancel, requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once the planning process has begun. Technology: All sessions take place on Zoom unless otherwise stated. Please test your internet and tech before your session.
