I am a dedicated sexuality educator with 16 years of experience in the field of health human services. My mission is to provide comprehensive education and support to help individuals with intellectual disabilities navigate their sexuality in a safe, respectful, and empowering manner.

 

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities when it comes to relationships and sexuality. I have worked closely with diverse populations, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can explore their identities, express their needs, and develop the skills necessary for healthy relationships.

 

I am committed to utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.

 

In addition to my extensive experience as a sexuality educator, I have a strong background in health human services. As I Am Learning is training program that teaches individuals with Intellectual Disabilities key Sexuality concepts to help them understand who they are as a person. We provide a safe space for individuals to learn about the human body, healthy relationships, and how to live a healthy sexual lifestyle using a trauma informed approach.
