Ready to use training program that teaches the following: Human anatomy, sexual wellness, sexuality, and realtationship building. Learner(s) will gain skills that empower consent, healthy boundaries ,and the understanding of how to identify healthy and unhealthy relationships. Learner(s) will understand how to be safe when navigating the internet and connecting with others on social media. Furthermore, learner(s) will embody the knowledge to understand who you are as a person.

Consultations, Coaching, and Training

Learn tools to teach individuals to understand the following: How their body works, who they are as a person, how to navigate building relationships, and to gain knowledge on the foundations of consent. Learn how to support individuals to be safe when navigating the internet and connecting with others on social media. Embody the ability to be conscious of bias when supporting individuals live health and happy sexual lives.
